Do guys really have that slow motion moment when they see their crush?

In movies there's that moment when a guy sees his crush and everything comes to a halt. I've jokingly asked 2 of my closest friends about this and they both said that time really does seem to slow down and they seem to be slightly entranced when they see women they're attracted to. Have any of you guys experienced this before? If so, please share your experience.

YES! It's only happened to me twice with the same girl. The first time was when I first met her, but the second time was much better. We were at the beach and I was out deeper than her so she swam underwater and came up in front of me. She came up face first and...oh god! I can't describe how sexy it was! Then she walked up to me with a gorgeous smile and asked what? Ha I must have looked like I was in a trance, well because I was! It will forever be one of the sexiest moments in my life. That girl was the most gorgeous girl I've ever seen (100% serious) and add her in a super sexy bikini, slowly surfacing in front of you, then staring at you in the eyes while having an ear to ear smile, and walking towards you, is indescribable on how great it was!...What a great f***ing memory! I wish I could relive it over and over again.

Not so much as slow motion as the moment just seems to last forever. Moreso if I'm sitting down and she's walking to her seat and just glances my direction. I can't stop from smiling a little bit and it's pretty much heaven at that point. And when she does sit down I do a very happy sigh (quietly) and daydream all class period.

Yes, time definitely slows down. It has only happened to me once about an year ago. I had just come out of a boring ass class and as I was walking to the college library, here comes the most beautiful girl I have ever had the pleasure to lay my eyes upon. She was wearing a tight summer dress and my eyes were in heaven. In my mind, I was thinking about opening the library door for her but my body wasn't in sync with my mind. My body was paralyzed and I just couldn't move for the next 30 seconds. It was just like the movies. Every step she took seemed like an eternity and I could see every details of her face, body, everything about her. The whole thing lasted for like 30 seconds but it seemed like at least 2 minutes for me. As I stood there awkwardly, she walked passed me and I didn't have the courage to talk to her. That was the last time I saw that girl and probably never will but I am hoping I will re-experience this feeling in my future. It was crazy!

All my guys friends have also had that experience. For me, it as on several dates.

A candle-lit dinner. She was wearing her best casual dress. Though she looked like she hurried because she didn't have her make-up on. But still. I never taught she was that beautiful under candlelight. Time seemed to slow down as I looked into her eyes

Time has never slowed down for me, but I will surely take my time and access the "situation" very carefully. If I take my eyes off the girl it's usually only because she caught me looking.

Girls have told me they look at every single detail about guys they meet(or are potentially interested in). I do the same with girls. At that moment in time, nothing matters but her.

absolutely! every time I am around my girl she comes up to me and time seems to stop, away from her I trance off into daydream and same thing,lol... ONLY she has ever caused this for me.

Obviously in the movies the camera effect would be used. What I meant was does that effect bear any semblance to reality in terms of your perception of interaction with, or being around your crush
