ok the guy who had huge crush on me during couple of years,no dates another girl...One of his friends told me, he thinks I'm out of his league and don't care 'bout hm.He Never asked me. I liked him,actually, I'm just kinda reserved...

why he dates that girl who is less pretty,less interesting than me (I've been told so and seen it :/ Why her?

Does it mean I'm "too pretty" to be loved, am I too good looking to be approached? its kinda hurtful...

I have some of guys staring at me and saying I'm hot But none of them dare to ask me out. All of them act kinda impressed and nervous around me.

should I be less pretty to be approchable?

Some guys are cowards. That's just how things are. What pretty women, sometimes rely 100% on their looks to attract a guy but that doesn't work. You have to be more flirty and smile more with the guys you are into, so that they can get the courage and the guts to ask you out. For guys getting rejected is the same thing as when you have sex with a guy and then he dumps you. So that is how you can understand how men feel about rejection and why they won't take a leap at a hot woman if she doesn't make it clear to them that she likes them.

You should just act more open towards them. Not just answer their questions like 'yes/no'. But actually be interested in them as a person.

No, you are who you are, and you cannot be something that you are not. There is an intimidation factor in approaching a beautiful girl, especially one that is out of a person's league. A person's natural reaction will be she won't like me; I'm too ugly, or she must have a boyfriend already. You're going to get hit on by guys who will be more arrogant or assholes because these guys have enough arrogance to approach you. At your level, you may need to talk to guys first and give them "signs" that you are interested.

The guy is saying you are above him in a league; he thinks your beautiful and that you would probably never want to get to know him; the "don't care about him". I can't speak for him, but us shy introverted guys love it when girls approach us and talk to us first (mind you, you'll have to do that a couple of times before we get comfortable)

This kind of makes sense. It's like if you see a really attractive guy you may assume you would have less of a chance. I don't really think it works that way though, but it's how some people perceive things. If you're really pretty I would think you would get attention from the really good looking guys.
