My boyfriend said I am out of his league?

Hey guys! My boyfriend of 7 months often says he can’t believe he is with me and he has been saying recently how out of his league I am, but i don’t think so at all. Why does he think this way?

I don't think it's bad for him to think that, unless it's showing that he has poor self-esteem himself or something.
