It feels so weird and forced to me and I feel like it weirds other people out to receive compliments

I'm just wondering 🤨. Because there's glancing, there's looking, there's staring, and then there's those who'll glance when they think I'm not looking or when I'm really actually not looking. Surely it's not some chick trying to catch my eye/signal they're into me. It's happened a few times with different chicks the last couple months. I'll be minding my own and I just get this sense of "stare" and I'll look from my activities and someone will disappear or move on or look away elsewhere. Just odd. Why ladies why? Just approach me otherwise hahahaha 😅😉😀♀️

She may have caught me looking at her. And she seems to be mirroring a lot of my facial expressions. I've notice this as we have interacted more through out my time in the office.

You're waiting in line at the grocery store, coffee shop, airline counter, etc. You turn around, and the man behind you, a total stranger, says "you have very nice hair, very pretty." He smiles and says nothing else.

I just had a random dream about this crush i had back in grade school and somehow still got some feelings lol. Pretty random. I have no idea what she's up to or where she is Or even if she’s married or not by now. But yeah it’s weird how I still got em for her after decades.

I'm a supervisor at a visitor attraction. Recently, the daughter of one of the managers in the on site restaurant has started working in the restaurant. She always smiles at me but is quite shy as I am. She is absolutely gorgeous and I am quite taken with her.

As I said, she often smiles at me when our eyes meet and has made conversation with me about how much she loves my classic cars.

I am unsure whether the attraction is mutual and am not comfortable making a move being that I work with her mum.

Am I a bad person for liking someone 14 years my junior?

So there's a girl at work who's always flirting/talking with me and toughing my hand at weird times while looking me straight in the eye (which is kind of awkward). But anyway, I want to ask her if she'd like to go somewhere nice, like this new restaurant that servers innovative food in my town.

I'm thinking about either buying her flowers first and asking her or just straight up asking her. The biggest issue is that she's married and she might already be having a date with her husband. I'm not really sure how to go about this cause she def flirts with me A LOT, but I don't know if it's just her teasing and trying to have fun throughout the workday or if she finds me attractive.

My voice is deep and thick. However, should I talk calm and cute or with an aggressive hardcore style?

Like if someone talks to you at the supermarket, or you're working, and you just strike up a convo with a randon stranger, or a customer strikes up a convo with you, or you ask a co-worker that you don't talk to a lot, about what they like to do outside of work, etc
