I'm a supervisor at a visitor attraction. Recently, the daughter of one of the managers in the on site restaurant has started working in the restaurant. She always smiles at me but is quite shy as I am. She is absolutely gorgeous and I am quite taken with her.

As I said, she often smiles at me when our eyes meet and has made conversation with me about how much she loves my classic cars.

I am unsure whether the attraction is mutual and am not comfortable making a move being that I work with her mum.

Am I a bad person for liking someone 14 years my junior?

i think you should definitely not pursue her, since she's basically a kid, fresh out of (or still in) high school, you'll basically be babysitting her aside from when you fuck her lol, you have nothing in common, and you'll get judged so much by everyone and people will call you a pedophile. on top of that you work with her mom... who would never in a millions years want her precious daughter to date an old dude she works with..

it's fine to like young people (i mean its biology) but at least wait until her age starts with a 2. anyone above the age of 22 dating an 18yo is icky (regardless of the gender)

Nope. She's 18 and if she's available and she likes you, go for it! There are young women who like older guys and there are young guys who like older women. I like women 18 to 60. As long as you are moral, ethical, and legal, HAVE FUN MAN! Life is short. If the good time is there, get it! Only thing I will caution you on is you said manager's daughter. That can turn into some serious workplace drama, so that alone is not a good idea. Age is not the problem here, the problem is the proximity and the consequences of that. Think about the webwork here and the consequences. Remember that people are very childish and social and some people are easily offended, so this could turn into a huge workplace problem for you.
