Common breakfasts, lunches and dinners I eat and why I am thrilled in my food life

I will discuss some of my most common meals for each portion of the day and why I am at peace with it. I'll just go through the healthier version, which I tend to eat about 75% of the time.

Breakfast

Usually when I am feeling like eating a super breakfast, I opt for oatmeal, about 15 blueberries and 2 or 3 graham crackers with an 8 ounce cup of almond milk and sometimes orange juice. I feel at peace with my breakfast life because I usually have lots of energy after eating this for the next 4 or 5 hours until lunch and I like taking a teaspoon of flax seed oil every now and then with it or add a banana or raspberry smoothie.

Lunch

During my lunch life, I am usually switching between an almond butter sandwich with a pack of miniature almonds or cashews with a pickle or 2 and the alternate lunch is block cheese with a few wheat crackers with either water or a little Kombucha. I am very satisfied because I rarely deviate from 1 of these 2 but when I do, I already stacked my body with a super enough of breakfast that it won't really give me any problems of lower energy. I also tend to workout mostly about 15 to 30 minutes after my 2nd meal and like to jog or do some arm exercises.

Dinner

When it hits after 5pm to 7 pm mainly, I go on to eat my last daily meal and often add fish, beans, turnips, beets and squash. My most accurate meal I tend to usually make to where I am at a food bliss is squash, beets, a can of sardines (3 to a can) and quinoa with garlic, bell peppers and tomatoes mixed in, assuming I am eating an original quinoa and not a flavored variety. I am super thrilled with this as around 11pm, I am still hyped and poised about how my food life was headed and try to instill this into my friends.

Conclusions:

I am at a very blissful part of my food life and overall very satisfied and overabundant in how I like to enjoy my food. I tend to only eat meat on Wednesdays and Saturdays only as it's always only fish of the wild caught variety. The bulk of my food life is vegetables, unprocessed grains, fruits, nuts and lots of water or raw tea, which is my Kombucha drink that I buy 3 times per month. I usually drink it on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd of the month for 1st bottle, 14th, 15th, 16th of my month for 2nd bottle and 28th, 29th and 30th of the month for 3rd bottle. I drink 3 days in a row, then take about a 10 day break until next bottle. I drink my raw tea 9 days per month, spending 3 days on each bottle. I am at a very happy time in my food life.

    Breakfast: Espresso or Iced Americano (homemade). Maybe a slice of toast and a serving of yogurt if I'm feeling fancy. I used to do Intermittent Fasting and I got used to it which is why morning meals are minimal.
    Lunch: Vegetable soups mixed with a protein. This week I'm having tomato and spinach soup mixed with lean ground chicken.
    Snack/pre-workout: 2 boiled eggs and an apple or 1 cup berries.
    Dinner: Sautéed veggies with tuna salad (mayo, mustard, salt, cajun seasoning).
    Not the most appetizing meals but right now I'm treating food as simply fuel. Yes it's boring but it helps me get into a routine and makes it less tempting to crave sweets or junk food.

    Breakfast: Every other day I eat different cereals with whole milk. And the other days I eat oatmeal with different fruits depending on what I have. Banana, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries. And some granola or cereal to add some crunch.
    Lunch: Buckwheat or Brown rice or Macaroni or Potatoes with chicken or turkey.
    Dinner: Same options as lunch but never the same thing twice a day.
