Chicken tikka masala is more spicy and more flavourful
Nigerian beef stew has a lot more tomatoes and garlic
But in essence they're just pieces of meat cooked in sauce

I'm half-Nigerian, so I'm biased to the beef stew. I think beef stew with rice is heavenly, especially when made as well as in the picture.
