ahhhhhhh... yes... a young lady who appreciates a nice steak... thank you!!!
I have gone to restuartnants and ordered rare and it came out cooked... i got really upset how they wasted a piece of meat...
then i got smart and stopped going to restaruants for steak. I am unwilling to pay $20 for it... not edible.
Most finer steakhouses do it right. Nice crisp outside with lots of charoco flavor and inside is perfectly juicy and rare, tender.
Aged steak... i am willing to pay over $100. for.

Blue Rare (rare is ok).
Anything else is too cooked and not good at all.
Can't believe so many people eat overcooked meat, it don't taste like anything and ruin the meat ><
I don't go to steak restaurants often and I sometimes dislike the juice coming out from the meat.
Cooking it to medium rare often ends up in medium or even rare, so I think the option of going to medium well is safer here.
If griddle seared, then blue rare.
If sous vide, I'm ok with medium rare.
But ideally I just prefer to eat my meats raw.

I used to only eat my steak well done, but over the last few years I've come to really appreciate a rare steak. It tastes so much better.
I absolutely love a good medium-rare steak. I not only like my steaks medium-rare, I like my burgers the same way. I know it's not best to eat store bought burger as a medium-rare item. But, I still do anyways.
People who like it blue or rare kinda scare me. I was a waitress and I鈥檇 say not even a third of people I served over three years liked those options.
I like that very rare in the middle and still on fire off the grill.
I like it to know what the pan looks like but I don't want them on a first name basis. Like 20 seconds each side on a high heat
Where is the live animal option?
I dislike steak culture, you shouldn't get people hating you because you like your food cooked.
I like medium well/well done.
You are fine to have your steak any way you like, even barely cooked but don't start actually hating on others.Medium. But in a lot of places, if you order medium you get medium well, so I might order differently at different places.
Medium well or well done.
I don't understand how people can eat raw meat, it's disgusting.
Plus, it's unhealthy because you can actually get food poisoning. Steaks should be cooked to a minimum of 145 degrees Fahrenheit at the center point or to medium-rare, according to the U. S. Department of Agriculture.
www.livestrong.com/.../Anything more than medium rare is just wrong, and ruins the steak!!
My Grandfather was a farmer. He taught me tha tundercooked meat was a possible health hazard, so I always cook or order my meats well done.
Just show it a picture of fire and plate that slab of bovine upon my plate.
Go vegan/vegetarian. Animal agriculture is awful for the environment, and the way the animals are treated is horrendous!
Definitely D. I don't eat charcoal but at the same time I don't want to have to pit a fence on the plate to stop the cow from eating my greens.
Well done. Why should the restaurant owner get off easy? If I wanted raw flesh, I鈥檇 just buy it at the store.
I always oder medium well so it will come out at least medium.
Rare for certain steaks or locations I go to. Medium rare is my to go. Some restaurants I have to go rare, due to the steak quality.
I like it well done. People who say that it鈥檚 tough or hard to eat just haven鈥檛 had it cooked by the right person.
Medium rare. I鈥檓 ok with medium. Anything past medium is too much. It loses flavor and gets too tough and chewy.
Well done, for some reason I hate grèasy or bloody meats. Actually I will get sick to the stomach if i eat that nasty slime. Rather stick to pork or chicken.
This is most realistic way you can chew and bite on really thick juicy meat. I therefore have medium rare even tho its against my culture to eat beef :D dont tell anyone
