I don't like eating food I find hair inside. If it's food at a restaurant, I'l probably return it but still pay for it. If I'm eating my own food then it's probably my own hair which is everywhere so I'll eat it then throw the hair out.

If it's homemade and or if it's just one hair I'll just move it and enjoy the meal as I'm sure their is something more disgusting in it that I just don't see

At one point in time I kept a hair collection for art... so if I found a strand of hair I would keep it aside, wash it after I finished eating and put it with the rest of my collection :)
