What are you doing this Father’s Day weekend?

This Friday we had lobster and lobster bisque for dinner and Sunday we are having a barbecue with scallop and steak and pork ribs and sausage. And I also discovered my life mission and purpose this week. It came to me Thursday night, around 5 years and one month after I graduated from my honours BA.

We are not doing anything special. Both of our fathers have passed. I don't like family making a big fuss over me. It's just a regular weekend except we're ordering pizza instead of having a BBQ

Well my dad passed away 8 years ago so in my house (mom, bro and msyelf we dont celebrate it anywmore). My other sibling, (a sister) is married so she will be celebrating on her own with her husband and her husband kids (my sister husband had 3 kids from his first marriage).

But even though my mom and I do not celebrate it for obvious reasons. We were taken into account to join my mom`sister (my aunt), her husband, her kids to celebrate my aunts husband Fathers Day to a seafood restaurant on Sunday and also taking advantage to celebrate 2 bdays (kill 2 birds with one stone), the birthdays of this aunt grandkids, but my mom and myself we will pay for our food, we were just taken into account to join these relatives for the celebration not that they have to invite us economically for the food.

See if my daughter says it first or I tell her first or we tell each other at the same time.
This does make sense.
Every few years Father’s Day is on my daughters birthday, so we always compete with each other.
