How gourmet-looking is the lunch I prepared?

Today, I'm serving grilled flank steak over a blue cheese & buttermilk biscuit, topped with sour cream, vine-ripe tomatoes and arugula.

4 stars - gourmet

3 stars - good easting

2 stars - it's ok

1 star - give it to the dog

Looks 👍 but I had enchiladas for lunch and not Taco Bell. My sis in law made them and she's from Mexico so they were they the REAL enchiladas. 😊 What cultural food is this? I don't know much about my cultural food even tho I know my heritage. That kinda sucks. 😔

It's a Rachel Ray recipe, from her book '365 No Repeats,' which I highly recommend. Sort of a fusion of Southern, French, Italian.

I didn't vote cause I hate blue cheese. Also I don't go to gourmet restaurants. Other than that, it looks well displayed.
