I had all you can eat abalone at a buffet in Taiwan and I only had around 4 pieces of it - it tasted good but they put mayonnaise on it to prevent you from over eating it.

What's wagyu? Looks like raw steak to me. I'd never eat my steak raw, not only it looks gross, but it also contains harmful bacteria. Out of this, I'd try truffles, as I like mushrooms 🍄and maybe saffron? I just hope it's not too spicy

wagyu is special beef grown in Japan. Obviously it is cooked before served. I don't know why it's more special than other kinds of beef but it's cooked yes.

Truffles and mushrooms are great! Saffron isn't spicy I think. It's more aromatic like. Doesn't have a ton of flavor by itself I think.

well I tried abalone before and I liked it. It's better if it's from a restaurant that knows what its doing. I also like truffle it's generally always good. I haven't tried the rest yet at least not in a way I can remember.
