I love tongue, cheek, boiled intestines, heart, liver, kidneys, raw squid guts, raw chicken, raw beef, raw horse, whole sardines and anchovies and smelt (head to tail), natto (fermented soy beans), escargot, caviar, salmon roe, flying fish roe, shark fin soup (although I choose the ethical option these days), chicken cartilage (nankotsu), black pudding, and I can even eat eyeballs (I've tried pork and a variety fish eyeballs, although I don't really like it).
I can try a bunch more. Balut is one of the most hardcore to me. I want to work my way up starting with roasted crickets.
Also eaten turtle, mountain lion, raw alligator, cooked alligator, octopus (raw and cooked), lots of things I think many people would find strange.
Rattlesnake, pit viper venom liquor (Habushu):
... I actually love Habushu! Has a strange sort of sweet and herbal taste to it.
I'm also mostly listing the things I like. I've tried far more that I didn't like at all.
Tequila worm -- eat the worm inside. That's the only time I ever tried worm though and it tasted so strongly of tequila that I couldn't really understand how it tasted much at all.
I've eaten 100year old eggs and found them ok but nothing special. Brain just tastes like thick clotted cream. I've made brawn (headcheese) from scratch too. Bone marrow is excellent in dumpings.
I don't like slices of offal but I'm ok with them finely chopped in faggots or haggis. It's the same with laverbread I like it in lavercakes but not straight from the tub.
I like to eat pig ears and baked snail mixed in mashed potato custard. I also like to mix lime juice with coffee.
