If you do like spicy food, what kind of spice level do you normally eat?
Although I am Asian, living in an area with a prominent chilli-eating culture, I am admittedly not a very good chilli eater π
I can handle most chilli sauces except the ones made with generally spicier chillies, and I do enjoy eating some local chilli pastes such as sambal, sambal belacan, chilli sauce with lime (for use with chicken rice) that are meant to go with local dishes.
What are your favourite chilli/hot sauces?
