There's definitely too much of animal abuse. However I see no harm in cooperating with them. You give them shelter, clean water, warmth and food in winter and they give you milk, many even enjoy getting milked. What's wrong with that?

Yes, animals can provide food such as milk. I often feel awful knowing that the food on my plate was some beautiful cow, pig, chicken, fish or duck that lost its life to feed me.

Meanwhile, I already admire people that grow food vertically in tight urban neighborhoods.
