People in America, how on earth are y'all supposed to be eating healthy?

Unit1

In my lifetime I was twice in America. One time in California and one time in Florida. Both were business trips.

On both counts I have never seen so much food being contaminated with sugar, salt and fat to the point I can't call it food anymore. One of my favorite places to eat out was at Denny's and even in there I see their meals being overloaded with sugar, salt and fat. Even a simple chicken potato skillet has added a lot of sugar in it! Or simple pancakes without any sauces contain lots of sugar.

Don't get me wrong, the food is quite tasty but the amount of sugar, salt and fat i get from it in my mouth disgusts me and makes my tongue slimy (my tongue doesn't get slimy from normal food, that isn't contaminated with sugar, salt and fat). Everything everywhere is overloaded with sugar, salt and fat to the point I kind of prefer to not eat at all unless I really have to.

Bruv... just give me a bag of rice, raw veggies from the farmers market and some pork chops from the butcher and a bunch of spices and some olive oil and I'll just cook and eat that. Yeah, it'll taste like 7/10 but it won't even remotely touch the daily limit for sugar, salt or fat intake in one sitting.
