Sour paste nematode and rotten fish paste in goat sour soup.

The sour paste nematode is a type of worm that look like thin maggots but they are just worms and they taste sour and savory. A delicacy to some people and often eaten alive (they attach to the beards and wiggle when you eat them). They give the soup a sour taste and make it very savory.
