What foods do you eat when your sad?

I have to wait until I'm done being sad & crying before I go and eat something (letting those happy hormones kick in a little first). It'd probably have to be ice cream & doritos.

As for me I do not have a set sad food & if I’m sad & I’m hungry I eat whatever.

When I'm sad I have no appetite. So any foods I eat are eaten because I choose to eat. So I also choose something healthy.
