Not sure how its called, but you get slices of bread and dip them in eggs. (similar to how you would start when breading something) Than when its soaked in eggs, put it in a pan and fry it for a short while, add salt and pepper. You can also put a slice of cheese after you turned them. Fits really well with pickles in my opinion. Really easy actually for how long that description is. I would recommend whole grain bread, otherwise you have not that much flavor at all.

I had a crustless thick cut chicken breast sandwich with melted cheese and mayo on it. I had forgotten I wanted to put honey mustard on it instead of mayo though. Still tasted good.
