Is it normal for me to get a stomach ache after eating ghost pepper chicken nugget sauce from Burger King?

Hmm, sounds like you just had a bad reaction to it. Or maybe it's just the fact it was burger king!

I know the last time I ate there, I got a nasty stomach bug over the weekend : Not sure if it was from the food not being cooked properly, or my body wasn't used to it since I don't eat a lot of fast food nowadays. If your body isn't used to certain foods or how they're prepped, you could have an adverse reaction.

I still think it might have just been improper preparation on their part; so nothing to stress over.

Ghost peppers clock in at over a million Scoville units- police-grade pepper spray is only about three million, and pure capsaicin is sixteen million, and an ounce and a half of that will straight-up KILL you. It's a chemical burn, not "normal food".
