As in the photo but to confuse things Jelly is what Americans call jam while the British use the word jelly for both the jar stuff and the cold wobbly kind

Yes. You can tell just by looking at it. When I’ve eaten PB & J sandwiches, I’ve alternated between the two and you can definitely tell the difference.
