Are any of you a fan of drinking sugar-free drinks. Would they satisfy your taste buds?

This makes me wondering how many are you pretty much alright with the consumption of drinking these beverages with your meals that you normally eat.

Yeah I quit drinking regular pop about a year and a half ago. Now I only drink coke cherry zero or mountain dew zero.

I think if I had switched str8 to pop my taste buds would have rebelled. But I quit pop altogether for a 100 days. That's how I discovered my addiction. Because kind of like some people who smoke say they unconsciously light up a cigarette when they see another do it. I would unconsciously drink pop, too much pop. Which is why I stopped. But the problem is I couldn't find a substitute for it. It was too habitual in my life. So as I said after a 100 days I gave coke cherry zero a try and later started drinking mountain dew zero. And I proceeded to lose 50lbs. It made sense why to me. Because I wasn't consuming 50% of my calories in sugar anymore.

Some people will say zero sugar pop is bad for you. That may be true. But it's still better for you than full sugar pop. I don't really miss the sugar. After this long I've had a couple regular pops (when sugarless wasn't an option) and I really couldn't taste the difference.

Anyone who want to make the switch like I did I recommend they do what I did. Take a 100 days of. That 100 days of sucks. But it'll tell you if your addiction is the sugar or just habitual.

Yes, I drink it, not much. I am having a can of Sunkist of zero sugar and it's so good. I am careful because you just never know about these type of sodas.

I've tried Zero Sugar Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, and Snapple Ice Tea. I like the taste and not that diet Pepsi yucky taste I hated. Now, I'm wondering what the downside of Zero Sugar drinks is. Have you tried them or are you stuck on the full sugar varieties?

I drink. Dr. Pepper zero and 7up zero. Sometimes, diet coke and coke zero. They taste great. But ain't really a fan of diet root beer.

Yeah. I like both diet and zero sugar. Dr. pepper, mellow yellow, root beer, sunkist, fanta, and mr. pibb is what I like. And cream sodas.

Water has zero sugar…much better than whatever soda has. I stopped drinking soda many years ago. Sugar free just means other chemical crap in there.

Same here. I gave up soda, tea, coffee, and alcohol. Occasionally, I crave a Dr. Pepper but it’s rare and when I do, a couple sips is enough. Same with alcohol.

They have to be non-regular flavored to me or else they'd taste gross.

Dr Pepper diet or zero are exceptions but if I wanted a zero Coke or Pepsi they'd have to be cherry or some other extra flavor.

After aspartame has been categorized as carcinogen and stevia causes mutagenic activity I wouldn't drink a zero sugar soda anymore
