Some food is needlessly spicy and just idiotic. I don’t do it for the macho buzz. It definitely has some endorphin rush to it and I love it. Habaneros are a good example, very spicy but also sweet and flavorful. It can’t just burn, it has to have the whole flavor profile. Those Asian mystery sauces that are basically a jar full of oil and peppers are one of my favorites. Mexican spicy food is good when it’s mixed with vinegar and lime, the tang offsets it nicely.

I'd say I'm a salty type of person, I love savoury food. Don't get me wrong, I very much enjoy a sweet snack like chocolate cake or ice cream, but nothing hits the same as a buttered crumpet or some salted chips.
