Yes and it's delicious but you got to get the blood/fat/barley ratio right because if you bulk it out with big chunks of fat it spoils it but too little and its dry.
You can eat it raw but it's nearly always cooked so it's slightly crispy on the surface.

it's not exclusively pigs blood. that's just one ingredient. it doesn't taste too bad. like salami but a bit more tart.
