I like in vinegar and sugar marinated small green bell peppers on pizza. It's called Peperoni/Pepperoncini in central Europe (not to confuse with term Pepperoni sausage)

Green all the way. I put them on my eggs every morning for breakfast & that combined with mozzarella cheese makes it basically taste like a pizza to me (minus the bread & sauce).
