I would never have a midnight snack , I would not eat at that time , I do intermittent fasting and I'm very used to it , after moving though my eating window I have no desire for food , and I never eat sht carb based food which is what a lot of these completely unneeded " snacks " are.

oatmeal and greek yogurt with fruit. same as breakfast, because the only time i'm up at midnight is if i'm getting up a couple hours early because I have a bit of a drive to get ot my race
