Boiled eggs. or sattu
Usually i sleep aearly so i dont have but if i have to it will be boiled eggs or an indian protein drink called sattu.

I like to eat oatmeal granola bars. I think its nature valley and it comes in 3 flavours. My favourite is chocolate.
I don't eat late at night. Too many calories at the wrong time. Got to work with the circadian rhythms.
