I wasn't much of a fan either. But for some reason I seem to like and sometimes crave coconut, especially flakes/shreds. Almond joys, coconut milk, pina colodas, ambrosia salad, pistachio delight, etc. seem to be on the lookout for me. Still want to try a coconut cream pie and coconut cake. But here's a good note: It is not a type of nut, but a fruit. It only looks like a nut and sometimes has the crunch of one.

Omg yess I love coconuts! Especially the young coconuts that are super soft and jelly like on the inside. The water is soo yummy too 🥥 💕

I like fresh coconut but I'm not a fan of desiccated coconut or bounty bars. The best way to open them is to put them in a sock and drop out of a high window so they shatter.

I've never eaten a whole coconut, but I'd say I'm ok with coconut, depending on what it's a part of. When I was around 8 or 9, I developed a weird affinity to Almond Joy. It's not my favorite candy, but I'll still eat it if nobody else wants it. 😂

I also used to love these cookies when I was a kid (the marshmallows are covered in coconut shavings).

I like the dry ones too though and some store bought coconut cake.
