I absolutely suck at using them which is a shame because I love Asian cuisine. Always so awkward going to a restaurant and asking for a fork 🤣

Let's honestly say I'm able to use chopsticks with much difficulties, which means I will still always ask for a fork and knife, whatever people may think of me in whatever Asian restaurant or even with Chinese friends. I love Asian cooking, and the content of the dish seems more important to me than the chopsticks ;0)
Yes I can.
Everyone is different and using chopsticks can be a fun learning experience!
I taught my ex how to use them on sushi dates, i laughed WITH her at her struggles but never laughed AT her. We had a good time together and eventually she learned and we were eating ramen at home together with chopsticks.
Nothing wrong with using forks as restaurants for Asian cuisine, not everyone can use chopsticks as easily.
Food is good either way 🤷♂️
I can but I don't do it often because my hand will cramp.
Only with the right type of food

Yes I can but I prefer fork, spoon, knife, clean tablecloth and table manners while eating
Yes, even since I was a kid and learned the rubber band way. There is a Vietnamese restaurant in the city I like to go every few weeks, you would have to ask for a fork if you wanted one for Pho, which I'm not sure why you'd even use a fork.
I'm used to using them.
However: you could either order a soup,
or
cheat:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/FXzIxxYotu0Knew how to use them before I could use a fork lmfao
Nope, I’m hopeless with them. I always resort to either a fork or my hands if it’s something solid like sushi.
Seeing as one provided the instructions to do it... yeah :) it was easy.
Yes, they are easy to use. I learned as a kid after reading about them in a book. I practiced with pencils at first. When I finally got to use them later it was not a problem. So, I use them often when they are available.
I'd rather throw some shuriken at the wall, but yeah, for my sushi/tempura I can use them.
yes... to eat? yes to that as well...
I prefer using a fork or a spoon when I eat. Chopsticks are fun to use, but when I'm hungry I'm going to sit and have it a good dish of Cantonese with a fork.
Sort of, sober I am okay but drop more than I eat, when drunk etc I struggle to feed myself never mind try chopsticks.
I can but I don't go places to use them very often.
One of my Chinese friends said, ‘like a toddler’. But yes, I can damnit!
Actually, yes. I really like Japanese food. I might get some for myself tonight.
I clean every grain of rice from the plate with them.
I can eat every grain of rice from the plate with chopsticks.
No I can't. I can't even play chopsticks on the piano. I'd be asking for a fork also
Yes not the best but I eat sushi at least once every 2 weeks sometimes once a week.
Yup i can. I still suck picking up noodles with them though lol
it is like this,
I don't know maybe take me out and I'll teach you 😏
Yes, I have used them my whole life. No problem.
No, not really and I also love eating with my hands anyway
Absolutely not. I always fumble with them. 🤣
I can, and I like to because it helps to slow down the pace of the meal.
It's kinda funny, I've learned it by myself, no I didn't have to learned it
Yes, I can. But not very well.
Yes, I can. I love Japanese cuisine.
It is only a semi can.
NEVER REALLY TRIED
Easily, like 2nd nature.
I’m a pro with them. Even before living in japan
I can but I prefer fork🍴 and spoon 🥄.
I can use them very well
