One of my favorite comfort foods is old fashioned tuna-noodle casserole "like my mommy used to make". ROFL
I like it fresh out of the oven and even love cold leftovers straight out of the frig for lunch.

My sister hates it. Go figure.

It doesn't thrill my wife. So when I make it, I usually get to have the whole pan for myself as a treat.

I saw this question twice and was going to avoid answering at first cause I have so many favourites and have no idea which one is number one. My current choice is the hickory farms circular cheese. They say it's gouda but it does not taste anything like the gouda I bought from the grocery store that I did not like at all so it might only be gouda in name.

It changes. Currently it's Vienna Schnitzel, German type potato salad and cucumber slices in sweet-sour cream sauce with a spoon of freshly chopped dill.
