Yeast dough product (bread), cured meat (sausages, ham), cheeses, yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, brine pickled cucumbers, herring fillets, anchovies...
Aside from yogurt, kefir and sauerkraut, I didn't know all those things are fermented. Although you make a good point with breads that use yeast. I hadn't thought of that.
My wife and I were talking about pickles and, apparently they are not fermented if an acid, such as vinegar, is used in the pickling brine.
Sauerkraut and pickles are the only thing that come to mind for me. I can't remember if I've ever had kombucha tea or not, but I know it's really good for you.
yes some of it, it's grown on me... no pun intended. some could argue... I'm made out of fermented foods. it's really good for ya.
I make my own veggies... super easy to make.
Yeah, sauerkraut , yoghurt and kefir are some of the best things to eat. Especially the latter two.
Among all of those I go for yogurt, kimchi & saurkraut, so long as they have no unhealthy ingredients like sucrose.
I love kimchi and sauerkraut, I make fermented sodas kinda like kombucha every week so my fridge is always stocked.
probably all of them
I’m a fan of tempeh and yogurt
Not really..
