Yellow or white?

Mmm denatured chicken ovulations, who doesn't like an egg? but which bit is the best the yolk or the white?

Your use of the word "denature" brings back memories of high school chemistry for me. It's what happens to proteins when they're exposed to, for example, extreme heat, and that's what causes the chicken egg to turn solid.

Anyway, I like both white and yellow. They're both good, so why not have the whole thing?

As well the yolk as the white are important for the taste, at least with a little salt. I like both, and consider their taste to complete each other.

I love the egg whites more than the bitter yolk. The yolk has all of the nutrients and healthy fats that the white doesn't though.

I like the folk. I know the white are the healthy bits but they taste like depression cardboard. Doesn’t matter how you season them, they just taste like ick. Especially when boiled. I like mines sunny side.

I can't eat them separately. I eat the whole egg. If they are hard boiled, put a little salt on it and bite into the egg
