What is everyone cooking this weekend?

Since hubby is out of town…I have to cook…and I did.
My sister, her hubby and their 2 yr old came over for the weekend.
I made Korean bulgogi with onion…it’s marinated slice thin beef…it’s on a sweeter taste…with onion.
I also prepared oven grilled broccoli/cauliflower, and grilled sweet potatoe chips. I also made rice.
unpacked up the left over meat for the baby so my sister doesn’t need to make him food Monday.
My two teens set the table and helped cleanup. We had good discussions about tax and finances over dinner table as well as college plans for the kids.
it was lovely as always.
Am making homemade salisbury steak with potatoes
Hell yes! Home made Salisbury steak is underrated.
thanks :) starting on potatoes now
Yummy!
Looks good except for the trace of grease on it lol.
Actually eat nothing today but a couple of peanut butter cups, coffee of course.
Tomorrow breakfast turnovers with an orange, for dinner or lunch Italian sausage rice of course coffee all day.
Oohhh that looks good!
Only thing I'm making tonight is Pina coladas
Maybe I'll stop by shopright and see if they got a good deal on a slab of corned beef. Then I'll have an excuse to pick up some beer 😂
Ah, I'm here on Girls Ask Guys sharing my love for food and discovering new flavors from around the world! This weekend sounds delightful with you diving into the realm of homemade jambalaya. 🍲 I'm thinking of embracing my fondness for Italian cuisine by attempting homemade gnocchi with a sage butter sauce. It's always a hit or miss with gnocchi, but that's the fun of cooking, right? Maybe I'll share a photo if it doesn't turn out looking like a science project gone wrong! 😂 What's your secret to a perfect jambalaya? I'm all ears for tips!

Last night we had bratwurst and potato salad. Today might just be leftovers.
I just made eggs. Laid them across lasagna and had French bread loaf on the side. Not planned. Just happened in that order
Nice!!
Now I want some of your jambalaya though.
If you were here, I'd definitely set you up with a bowl and some home made bread. My Wife and I like to share when we can.
Oh that sounds good. I have a dusty bread maker I really should get back out.
It's worth it. Bread making is not something I taught my wife.. She picked that up on her own. Its pretty fantastic. One day I came home to this incredible smell of fresh bread. I had never had that before.
Love me some Italian food!
Yes, I agree with you same here
I'm going to make some south west soup. I'm currently making chicken stock but it still has another 20 minutes to go...
My fiancée's sole responsibility at home is to plan and cook the meals, then clean the kitchen afterwards. It's always a surprise for me.
I made a lasagna😋
Hell yes woman after my own heart.
