Is it acceptable to use more than one type of dipping sauce?

For a little snack, I've just eaten some shop bought mini rissoles, in this case, corned beef and potato. Rissoles aren't exactly what you call exciting and benefit greatly from a nice dipping sauce.

But how many dipping sauces are too many? Should you stick to one, or is it OK to have more than one?
