Just a random dumb question on my mind
I doubt if there's such a thing as "American" food restaurants in other countries unless it's shitty fast food like McDonalds, KFC or Chic fil A. Because of those commercial outlets, people might get the impression that American food is boring.
But visitors from foreign countries might enjoy American food when visiting the U. S. For example, they might love BBQ, cole slaw, baked beans, Southern fried chicken dinner, New England seafood, deli sandwiches, American-style breakfasts, quality burgers, Thanksgiving style feasts with turkey and all the fixin's like stuffing, cranberry sauce and sweet potatoes.
They may like old fashioned pies.
Turkey, pecans and certain vegetables are indigenous to North America and can be turned into dishes that foreigners might find unique and delicious.
The thing about American food, though, is that it influenced by foods from around the world that were brought in by immigrants. Many American foods like Tex-Mex, Cajun and Creole are a fusion of different cultures that became unique cuisines of their own.

In your native country it tends to be called food, with other nationalities having specific meal types. I’ve been to various European countries with Italians n Germans etc, it’s mainly Italian, French, Greek, Spanish that get named, English is never really a thing, for German it’s sort of name a restaurant that does German food and not say let’s go for a German. Vietnamese, Turkish, Lebanese, Nepalese, Thai, Chinese, tend to be named from their country.
When we say let’s got for an Indian, we are basically shoving a bunch of Asian foods together, Indian, Bangladeshi, Pakistani
American companies are the most abundant in the world, especially Burger King and McDonald's. In other words, in all countries where these companies are located, no matter what country, American foods have been eaten and their presence has been sought.
I'm sorry if you asked anything else, I know the hamburger came from Germany, but they also say, "There's no such thing as American food." I said it as a company.
Apart from that, every nation wants to try the dishes of different cultures if possible, and if it is not closed to innovations, it definitely loves and continues something.
The important thing here is that the country can afford it financially. Of course, it also applies to society
That is, "yes" if there is no money problem.
Except for narrow-minded, reactionary and uneducated people, no one wants to eat the same food all their lives.
The problem turned out to be really ridiculous, because of course you know that this is the case.
Cultural food is just as tasty as American food but it’s healthier and cheaper so I only go to American restaurants if I’m hosting a white person or a friend who likes the location near the restaurant. I mean American places that are middle class. Burger King and McDonald’s is cheaper than cultural restaurants.

Hanging out here on Girls Ask Guys, I get to share my passion for the wild world of food exploration. So, about that fun question, absolutely, folks around the globe do crave American cuisine, believe it or not. Imagine someone in Tokyo saying, "Hey, let's grab some burgers tonight," or someone in Rome eyeing a juicy steak. American food has made its mark worldwide, known for its hearty portions and diverse flavors - think classic burgers, Southern BBQ, and those iconic New York-style pizzas. 🍔🍟 It's really about the universal language of good food that crosses borders. So yep, "American food night" is definitely a thing elsewhere, just as we get excited about taco Tuesdays and sushi dates! 🍣
