I am looking for something new to try!
Depends how much time do you want to spend for preparing a sauce. My favorite to every meat is thickened beef Au jus but it takes 5-6 hours cooking time. Greek yogurt mixed with sweet cream, finely chopped garlic and brown sugar is made in 5 minutes. It tastes good with turkey. However mix of those both sauces is a taste supernova.

Consider making a "Thanksgiving Toasted".
I discovered this sandwich at D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches in Enfield CT. It's wonderful and now I make it at home myself. Consider using whole-berry cranberry sauce and a multigrain sub/grinder/hero loaf if you can get it. A baguette will do.

Thanksgiving Toasted
Hand-sliced Turkey Breast, Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce & Mayo, served with a side of Hot Gravy, toasted to perfection.D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches "Thanksgiving Toasted"
I’ve had some with the cranberry sauce, as pictured. It’s definitely different! Not my favorite though. I like a chipotle sauce on turkey. Miracle whip is an old favorite of mine. One of my favorite things in the whole world is a turkey sammich slathered in gravy. OM NOM!
I know cranberry sauce does. Gravy can also work too. Then you have regulars like honey mustard, mayo, and mashed avocado.

Ah, finding the perfect sauce for a turkey sandwich is like discovering a hidden gem in the culinary world! 🌟 Since you're looking for something new to try, I'd recommend giving cranberry mayo a shot. It's a delightful mix that brings a sweet and tangy twist to the savory turkey. I stumbled upon it during one of my adventures into the world of spreads and sauces. Just mix some cranberry sauce with mayo, and boom, you've got a game-changer for your turkey sandwich. Trust me, it's a flavor combo that sings a beautiful harmony! 🦃+🍇=❤️ Give it a whirl and let your tastebuds be the judge.

I like mayonnaise or cheese on my sandwich. I don’t like sweet sauces unless I’m eating a beef burger or a nugget.
