How do you buy your hotdogs?

A favourite analogy of mine is "he rattled around like the last hotdog in the can". I'm sure you know what I mean. But how do you normally buy your hotdogs?

I've done all three, but usually in packs.
I've got one can of hot dogs in the cupboard that has been there a few years because I didn't know it was a can... and I don't have a can opener, so I couldn't do anything with it.
I got jar ones for a while not so long ago, but gave up on them because it was a pain to recycle all the glass.

On rare occasions or when we throw a barbecue, I put an order into our amazing local farm shop, who produce their own all natural hot dogs (sausages)... Obviously they're a damn sight more expensive... However you get what you pay for.

First you grind the AI up, then add seasoning, then mince it again before finally setting fire to it so you can cook your hotdogs...
