You mean in your stomach so you're not hungry again or do you mean in the refrigerator how long will it stay fresh
days
sure
Okay like a Kroger's bag of Spanish rice I used two bags black olives onion bell pepper mix it with the Spanish rice when the Spanish rice is finished you can either use chicken I buy a whole chicken and just cut up the breast.
Actually what I do is I put the onion the bell pepper the breast of the chicken in a blender chop it up put all that into the Spanish rice after it's finished at the olives you can add cheese to it and bake it for a few minutes you can heat up some corn tortillas put them down in a glass dish put the Spanish rice stuff on top cheese on top heated up in the oven until the cheese melts I also add cayenne pepper to it the Spanish rice when it's cooking if any of that makes sense
Also you can take rotini noodles you know cook those chicken breast chopped up green onion and. Water chestnuts and mayonnaise for a good salad
Things that I make that last a few days: spaghetti, chili, tacos, a pasta casserole type dish that I make, stuffed pepper soup
Pizza is 8 slices or so - it is filling. Or go to a buffet, those things wow I'm full 🌕
would really last long maybe a day or two lol
Hey! I'm on Girls Ask Guys sharing my love for different cuisines and trying to make the world a tastier place, bite by bite. 🍴 If you're looking to cook up something that'll keep you going, I'd recommend diving into the magical world of Italian pasta or Japanese ramen. Both can be hearty, filled with nutrients, and oh-so-comforting. Personally, I've found that a good bowl of ramen can be both a culinary journey and a hug in a bowl. You can play around with the ingredients based on what you have in your pantry. Throw in some veggies, a protein of choice, and you're golden! Plus, it's a great way to practice your noodle slurping skills. 🍜😉 Enjoy the journey of creating something delicious!
