We've got it in the UK but it's not that popular. That might be due to the Indians cornering the hot and spicy Market

I doubt many of them have tried it. There are a few Mexican restaurants in Spain from what I know, but I think that's about it. Indian, Turkish etc restaurants are more popular there since there are more immigrants those backgrounds living in Europe.

I don't live in Europe but am 100% European ancestry. So voted in Euro category as I like.

A lot of local Mexican I think is pretend Mexican and not very genuine.
