I always return my carts to proper holding areas

I never block the aisles

I always push my car on the ride side of the aisle (in the USA)

I use self-checkout with fewer than 20 items and a cashier for more than 20 items

When I arrive at the store, I look for a cart that some jackass left in a parking lot to use, so the bag boys don't have to retrieve it

I tip the bag boys

I never see carts that are not in their holding area when not in use, or that's a lie - I sometimes see them outside of pubs. 😅

For many many many years - you've had to use coins to be able to get one out of the holding area and therefore everyone is automatic within the custom of returning their cart, and that is despite of some stores not using that coin system anymore.

Depends. I will often put my cart to the side so someone from the store will pit it back. I also won't use self checkouts, I use cash and I bring my own bags.

I never tip the bag botmys because I take the stuff out to my truck by myself but I do everything else. if some jerk gets in the express line with more than ten items I always ask him if he knows how to count.
