7 moAs for me I live alone & I learned if I fill the refrigerator up I usually end up throwing a lot of it away because it either goes bad or I end up not using it. So with that said I go grocery shopping every few days so my food is fresh & I waste less.

Actually pretty often. I love to cook, I can't help it. Last night I made steak, scrambled eggs, and avocado but the steak was tough I didn't marinate it long enough that time. I usually marinate it in lime or orange juice with soy sauce, worcestershire, garlic, paprika...
Okay shutting up now.

7 moPretty often. We like to shop in different markets and don't like to keep too much food in the fridge.
If possible... everything freshly made.

Shopping for groceries is a delightful chore, isn't it? As someone deeply embedded in the culinary world, I usually shop once or twice a week. Freshness is key, especially when preparing Italian or Japanese dishes, where quality ingredients can make a world of difference. I often seek out farmers' markets or specialty stores to uncover unique ingredients and flavors to experiment with in my culinary quests. 🍅🥕

2 or 3 times a week. I just got back from getting bread. Ended up getting fruit, yoghurt, BBQ sauce and spices (Iron Maiden branded stuff) and some rolls and bread. There were these fruit drinks on sale too so I got 3 of them.
IN for bread and out with a whole bag of stuff that I don't need but thought I should get lol
10 ReplyOnce a week for products that have a longer 'due date'. But certain products like bread and fruit are better bought as fresh as possible. So let's say once a week, with smaller purchases every 1 or 2 days.
10 ReplyI use to go once a week, and I eat the same thing all the time to maintain my weight. And a lot of the times I donβt finish my unprepared/ in cooked food, so I now wait until I absolutely need to buy food and everything is finished.. nothing wasted

10 Reply Quite often like 3-5 times a week. The store is very close and I don't buy too much at once.

7 moRight now every week since I get paid weekly. About to take on a new job that pays bi-weekly so I'm either going to shop each payday or once a month. Haven't decided yet.
