October 25th is World Pasta Day! What is your favorite pasta like, and where/when, and even with whom, did you eat it?

I absolutely adore exploring different types of pasta dishes, experimenting with various sauces, and savoring the unique flavors that different restaurants have to offer. Each experience is like a little culinary adventure, and I’m always on the lookout for new and exciting combinations to indulge in. What about you? I have several: Shrimp linguine with the cheese sauce or shredded cheese on top, veggie lasagna, and mac & cheese. I'd love to have spaghetti & meatballs though since we don't have it anymore, but I seem to never get to eat it.

I don’t like tomato sauce so my pasta is usually made with pesto or just simple butter and fresh herbs or Parmesan cheese. I eat it all myself and don’t share haha
