We have some salami products here in Sweden that are much nicer tasting than the salami I recall from last time I consumed them and there's an actual burger chain called MAX who make their own alternative to beef burger and a spicy chiqen (?) burger that are rather appealing too. Even McD have teamed up with a brand to make a nice alternative burger they sometimes have a plant based cheese to go with it
