I worked as a waitress from when I was 14. I know.

I don't think most waiting staff know. I also think a lot of waiting staff expect a 25% tip despite bad service. I seen a batista get upset with another customer because she got a 5% tip, she got my coffee order wrong and was slow with thd other customer's coffee.

Tableware wise, 2, 3 and 7 mean the same to me, 1 means that I haven't started and all the others mean absolutely nothing to me because I've never seen or used them lol
