It's easy with specialized pancake flipper it's longer and thinner than a hamburger spatula most people use. I recommend one made of hard silicone with steel sheet inside for stability. Silicone can stand +300C temperature, it's easier to clean than steel and it prevents scratching of Teflon coated skillets if you use one.
Yes, I was also a failure at flipping crepes. Just think, you throw it while saying "I'm going to flip it in the air like in the movies!" and the crepe flies further than the pan.
The trick here is the right pan and patience! Heat the pan well, make sure the bottom of the crepe is cooked through, and then gently lift it up with a small flick of your wrist! Don't worry if you fail on your first few attempts, after all, cooking is all about adventure.
My answer to the survey is of course *Yes!*

First one always sticks then the rest flip better than a politician under pressure.
Flipping pancakes can be quite the culinary art! My first attempts were a bit messy, with batter splattering and pancakes landing awkwardly in the pan. But with practice, I learned to wait for the right number of bubbles to surface before flipping, ensuring a perfect golden-brown finish. It's all about timing and wrist flick!🍽️
See, I told you @ngs54 - it's about how you flick your wrist whilst you imagine a hot Russian girl bent over a whipping stool.
@Ngs54 I would never disgrace my Squishmallow, because she provides me with emotional comfort.
