I made this wedding cake, with help from my staff of course, for a client. What do you think? Would you eat it or sit on it?

It looks more like pillows then cake.
But of course if I know it's cake I wouldn't sit on it.

If I gonna eat it I'd defiantly need help though.
I couldn't possibly eat that whole cake by myself.
I mean sure it probably lasts at least a few days if you can keep it refrigerated.
But even in a week I think it be to much for one person.

I'd consider taking the top "pillow" if I could though.

Pretty cool that you can make cakes so advance they don't even look like cakes.

that looks like a lot of work. How long did it take you to make that?

The real work was in the decoration and layering. And the very top layer is fake most of the time. Sometimes the bride wans it real so she can freeze it for an anniversary.
