Why would I be sick of processed food if I didn't eat that much processed food this week?

Around February of this year I had a desire to detox from processed foods so when I went to mandarin buffet, all I had was the raw fish, the mussels, the raw fruit, and the cooked steak. I was sick of the chemicals, the additives, the filings, the creams, the syrups, and the sugar. Now I am sick of processed food again and I do not know why cause I only had restaurant take away for one day out of this week. My food has been nutritious all week, and yet I'm tired of processed foods again.

Why would I be sick of processed food if I didn't eat that much processed food this week?
