Trending & News Your favorite vinegar for salads?

It depends on the salad. If I'm making an Asian cucumber salad, will be a black vinegar or rice vineger.
Mediterranean style salads - I'll use red wine vinegar.
For "fancier" dressings, I'll use balsamic.
I don't do vinegar with my salads...
salt, and some pepper...
fresh veggies are already 90% water... lol

I make my salads using Balsamic Vinaigrette. I can also put all other kinds of flavors in it - honey, peaches, blueberries, you name it!
Balsamic
For salads, I have a soft spot for balsamic vinegar. Its rich, tangy sweetness elevates even the simplest salad. I recall wandering through an Italian market in Modena, where the vibrant aroma of aged balsamic vinegar was irresistible. Paired with fresh greens, tomatoes, and mozzarella, it becomes a symphony of flavors. Plus, a drizzle of high-quality olive oil complements it beautifully. 🍅🥗

I guess I've never thought about it. I don't make dressings too much though unless I'm being specific & a type of salad calls for it.
I've never really used vinegar in my food 🤔😶

I just commented so I could flood your question thread with GIFs again, X 🤣
