How much mould do you tolerate on your food?

Lemme set the scene now... You open the cupboard or the bread-bin or whatever and take out the loaf of bread... and as you're getting some out of the pack to use it, you notice a slight white fuzziness on the corner of the crust. Maybe the arseholes from the home delivery service gave you one near its expiry date, or you just forgot about it for a few days...
Or maybe it is the cheese in the fridge. That white fuzz again. Mould gets all sorts of places and there isn't much to be done about it...
So what DO you do about it?

How much mould do you tolerate on your food?
At the first sign of mould the whole thing goes in the bin. Instantly. Not even once.
Maybe if it is just a tiny bit I'll cut it off, and endeavour to get through the rest as quickly as possible.
Whatever. Just keep cutting the mouldy bits off until it is all gone. No problem. They ate mouldy food all the time through most of history, so it isn't like we'd die of it now.
