What’s the best meal you can make in under 30 minutes?

Spaghetti with French bread for garlic bread baked in the oven. What makes it quick and easy is for the first time making the meat sauce, make plenty extra, divide it up into containers and freeze them in the freezer. Other days when spaghetti is wanted, just let it thaw out, then heat it up on the stove, boil the noodles, make the garlic bread, and there you go.
I do like lots of deep friend food, so Farmers beef corndogs and tater tots or Rally's fries is quite tasty and only takes 10 minutes.
Or deep fried hash browns, scrambled eggs, and an English muffin in the toaster is pretty good and quick too.
It's Spaghetti all'Ortolana, one of my favorite meals 😋
Never heard of it. ☹️
Easy to make and very tasty: external-content.duckduckgo.com/.../
You can make it with other types of pasta too :D

Maybe Mezzi rigatoni
Yep, I like Mezzi rigatoni too, great example
Thanks for the MHO
You’re welcome
I often concoct something on the wok that is easy to prepare, relatively cheap and that can be done under 30 minutes.
First, I chop chicken in fine little cubes or thin slices that I mix with soybeans and a little soy sauce and 2-3 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter. After the chicken is done, I add wide egg noodles and let the wok cook until the noodles are done.
I prepare a small tomato and Mozarella salad on the side et voilà. Cheap, nutritious and easy to prepare in less than 30 minutes.
Buon appetito è buon provecho
Mmm, thanks for the MHO. I am sending you a sample of the food. Enjoy!

Steak or cutlet, bechamel-tomato sauce, french fries and a cucumber is doable in 30 minutes limit. Carbonara would be even faster or tomato soup if the stock was prepared before.
A quick and delightful meal I love making is Spaghetti Aglio e Olio. This Italian classic combines just garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, and parsley with al dente spaghetti. In under 30 minutes, you're transported to an Italian kitchen, savoring a dish that highlights the simplicity of good ingredients. I once enjoyed this dish in a cozy Roman trattoria, reminding me of how fresh and vibrant even the simplest meals can be. 🍝

All of my meals are done in under 30 minutes. For anything more complicated than these, I would rather visit a starred restaurant. 🙂
Name an authentic Italian pasta dish and many can be made in as fast as it takes to cook the pasta. So prob a dozen or so off the top of my head too much to name. So I understand 15 min I could make most Italian pasta dishes and look like a Michelin star chef lol
Lol. My friends can't cook for anything so they are amazed that I know how to make restaurant quality meals at home fast. Also, plating it nicely makes it look fancy and somehow taste better too haha.
Broiled seafood dinner. Cod or haddock, scallops, and shrimp under the broiler in the oven 20 min. Roasted cauliflower and broccoli florets in the air fryer 20 min. Basmati rice 20 min. Add in prep time and it's right at 30 min. Bernaise sauce from a packet mix if you want.

My John Travolta pasta, a recip I stole from a friend. Maniconi with salsa rosa and vodka.
Miso ramen 😊 my fav quick meal. Takes like 15 min. I usually have chicken stock in the freezer. All you gotta do is cook some onion, garlic and ginger with sesame and miso, add a splash of soy and chicken stock. Cook some ramen and soft boil some eggs, throw in some frozen peas or corn. Can add whatever other protein you have on hand, left over chicken? Some ham? Or nothing.
Unless I'm making a stew, lasagne or a soup NOTHING I make takes over half an hour. Last night it was pan- fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes and sweetcorn.
Tonight it'll be stir-fry chicken, carrots, peas & corn in fried rice.
Hell, it only takes 25 minutes to do steak, roast potatoes and honey-glazed carrots thanks to the air fryer.
Garlic butter shrimp pasta — quick, tasty, done in 20 mins. Just boil pasta, sauté shrimp with garlic and butter, toss together. Simple and delicious.
Any pasta or meat I have on hand. (Patties, chunks and pre-cooked pork is always ready to go. Julienne salad bowl. Mexican or Asian stir-fry (I have a stock of cut-up veggies ready to go at all times.) Of course soup and sandwich. Plus - anything for breakfast is also under 30 minutes at our house.
oops- ARE ready to go
An easy favorite quick mean is Korean Beef. If you haven’t tried it I would definitely recommend it.
If the steak isn't frozen. I can do steak & roasted potatoes in under 30 minutes. I could moist likely do a salad while the steak & potatoes are cooking to.
If by “could” you mean can achieve it, there’s around 70 different dishes I’ve made under 30 minutes
But if by “best” you mean it’s uniquely exquisite… that’s a more complex choice
Hard to pick only one
I made a pork chop dish earlier this evening for myself sister and brother in law. Mushrooms, cream, garlic, and bacon. Served over orzo pasta.
And tomorrow night I’m making Tuscan chicken.
Ground beef, diced garlic and onions, chopped bell peppers, paprika, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and some creole seasoning cooked together and mixed with rice.
I’m big on salads, especially during the summer months. I make Cobb Salad, Taco, Salad, Asian Chicken Salad…just to name a few.
I can make ANYTHING with pasta in under 30 minutes, except meatballs. My fav is seafood pasta; shrimp, scallops or mussels/clams in either a garlic butter sauce or a red fra diavola sauce.
cheddar and mozzarella grilled cheese with chunky tomato sauce... I'm a simple girl
Vegetable tofu curry. Cut up the vegies & put into steam oven. I jar of massaman curry 3 cans of coconut milk into pot on a low burner. Cut up tofu. Pull out vegies after 25 min. 5 minutes left for dishing up.
It's nothing fancy- just a tortilla shell with some taco meat and cheese heated in the microwave. It is hardly gourmet, but it is easy and tasty.
I can make a steak, baked potato and veggies in under 15 minutes
